I visited Panda Express today. Through drive thru. My food is horrible the rice is under cooked. I asked for Beijing beef looks like it was left overs from yesterday and was recooked and teriyaki chicken is burnt. This is horrible. I lost my appetite.

Not good. Food was ok after I got it but I ordered online. Got there 8 min after the app told me it would be ready and still waited 20 min in store for "mushroom chicken" I didn't realize it takes them 45 min to cook mushroom chicken 🙄 it's most certainly doesn't so not sure what happened but my guess is management didn't handle things properly 🤷 when SOMEONE places an order online maybe you guys should MAKE IT WHEN ITS ORDERED!

Before ordering delivery I called the restaurant as there was no option for sweet & sour sauce and was told to call back after order was placed and they would make it note on the order to ensure I received it.
Per their instructions I did exactly that and was told “no problem” after which I repeatedly thanked them as the sauce was for my gf and she loves to put it on her rice. As you can probably guess by now…. No sauce delivered with our order of food.
The level of disappointment goes beyond as I spoke with the store twice only for them to disregard it. I don’t like being rude but a Thanks for Nothing!! is certainly warranted here.

Went through drive thur. They did not get my order right. Missing items and the Beef and broccoli were undercooked with the white rice.
The beef was not breaking apart after chewing on it. 🤮

I have never really been a huge fan of Panda Express but, I have to say that this location has been consistently good and has changed my outlook on Panda overall. Keep it up guys!

The girl working tonight Tuesday 1/11/21 at 7:35 pm is RUDE Zero customer service skills. Like us coming through the drive thru Is an inconvenience to her. Couldn't even get a receipt because she walked away from the window and wouldn't come back..

Like it more than the last time I posted after a visit. Nice people and good service. After the remodel I'm sure it'll look better than it already does. Try dining in a check it out !
