I ordered my birthday cake from here in February. It was beautiful and so very delicious!! They did an excellent job! I ordered a larger "Box of Chocolates"Heart ❤ cake. White cake with Baseball Nut ice cream. It was delicious! 😋 My guests loved it❣ Thanks again!!

I love Baskin Robbins ice cream. There is a large variety to choose from and you can sample them first to help you make up your mind. The ice cream cakes are wonderful and you can choose what you want from the freezer case. I
have always found the staff to be friendly and helpful and the store is always clean with colorful happy decor.

Staff here is always great. The ice cream speaks for itself. Store is always clean and well lit. Love that it's next to Stator Brothers. I like to grab a cone before shopping, keeps me from buying a bunch of goodies I don't need.

Staff was incredibly rude. Worker rolled her eyes at us when we ordered our ice cream. Also, the shake was mostly just milk.

On the 31st of each month, the company has a deal for $1.31 for a scoop of ice cream. Took the family last weekend for the deal, and didn't notice until later that they charged me $1.70 per scoop. I realize it's not a lot of money, but it's the principle of it. Very deceiving employees overcharging customers and not following company policy. Will not return to this location, will stick to the Hesperia store from now on.

Don't go here!!!! ordered Oreo B-Day Cake for Evan. Picked up and at party I saw that it was not the correct cake and the name on it was to Dan, Returned and wanted the correct cake. All they would do is change the name and we were stuck with the cake they gave us. Would not return our $. Rude girl behind the counter and worse manager on the phone. I said that I wouldn't be returning to the store and she said, "Go ahead, no one cares"!!!!! So, I guess no one cares if they have good costumers.
