The food was good, but truly the service was the reason for the 4 star review (would have only been 3 if I were rating just the food). The cashier was knowledgeable and friendly. She convinced us to try something she liked since it was our first time dining there. She suggested the stacked tacos, which did taste good. The food is made to order, so a plus is definitely the freshness. I feel this place is a bit pricey, but you do get quite a bit with each order.

The place was clean and the staff at the front counter was friendly. I gave it four stars because of my meal. All the meat was lumped in one pile leaving 60% of the tortilla empty. I was the only customer at the time so the rush to push out the food was not understandable.

If you looking for overpriced cold burritos covered in tomato sauce for dinner, with nasty dirty floors, then this is the place for you. Not even sure how they have a 4.5, ten different teenager's running around and none of them took time to pick up trash on the floor. Burrito, 2 tacos, 2 beers, queso $35, wow! The butter knifes they provide won't even cut the burrito, ended up using my pocket knife. Do yourself a favor and avoid this location been going down the last 16 years, it's clear Management doesn't care.

My first time ever stopping by a Tijuana Flats. The food was good! Definitely better than taco bell by a long shot! I didn't know they had so many sauces to try! Staff was friendly and attentive. Will be back!

My wife specifically asked for no guacamole because she’s allergic to it. You can see here where it says no guacamole on the lid yet there is guacamole on her food. This review will be edited to reflect them taking care of us if they keep their word in making this right. Andrew said he will refund this portion of the meal and comp my wife’s mea the next tone she orders because of this horrific mistake.

Before the pandemic thier food and quality of service was 6/5 stars but now the quality of thier food and service has gone down. I don't know if they're pre-cooking thier food in way in advance but the meats are at best luke warm if you dine and cold for take out. Before if you ordered takeout, you'd often get your food before the estimated time, but now I often have to wait almost twice as long as the estimated wait time for cold food that's often has items missing like hot sauce, sides, and utensils. That being said on a good day the food is good for the price.

Horrible service. Got the $20 Monday special. We asked for sour cream on the side, nope it was on both chimichangas. One of the chimichangas skin what are you call it was not cooked it was 95% raw and slimy. Too bad they don't give me a place for photos. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrr
