I patronize this store often as well as this restaurant. The restaurant has always been slow, but the service was good. Recently I ordered a plain cheese burger and a large fry and the wait time was unacceptable. There was only one person infront of me and I waited 10 minutes for my order. After 10 minutes I decided to ask for my money back. During this 10 minutes the employees joked around and laughed and had no sense of urgency. I understand having fun at work, but not at the expense of customers. Bryan was at the front and was very professional and expedient. When he asked for the manager to refund my order she refused to look at me and when I brought the issue to her attention her response was "well, this is my first day". When I asked for her name and the other two employees they refused and then became confrontational. The girl with the blue hair said "here you go" and tried to hand me the order. I informed her I had no interest in the order anymore and she said "well I don't want it" and threw it away. The other girl came up and started to get confrontational and the manager had to asked them to step back. I am very disappointed in the service I received and hope that in the future they rectify the issues and other customers do not have to deal with this type of issue.

Ordered big box and four piece glazed tenders big box was received properly fries warm, ok no worries, 15 mins laters fries cold and asked about the tenders, was told they take awhile to cook, I told her the ones that have been up for five minutes or more! Then they sat there another five mins and then they made my four peace. Wow so much for fast food and customer service. If more than one person in line don't order from this McDonalds expo is slow and they have no organization. The best one is the young lady at the register.

Not the worst McDonald's, but it could use some improvements. Waiting time for food is usually longer then normal, there's never any condiments or napkins in the bag, and it isn't offered so I have to make several trips to get it as I notice what I need.

We had breakfast there after camping at Jordan Lake in the biscuit was good and the coffee was good, so I have no problems with this McDonald’s. It is out of my way, so I may not be back but I still have no problems

As we finished our shopping at Walmart last night at 8pm (it is stated that this Mcdonalds is open until 9pm) we were going to stop in here and grab dinner. As we walked in, there were people seated in the restaurant eating, there was a WET FLOOR sign by opening. As we entered there was girl standing by the fry spot. She looked back at us said nothing as we continued into the area... From the back I hear a lady VERY RUDELY say "UHHHH DID YOU NOT NOTICE THE CLOSED SIGN" (there was none... just a wet floor sign)... That lady was the manager on duty at the time, her name is Holly... Had I noticed a sign I would not have entered obviously... I then called to ask Holly her managers name so that I could speak with them... She refused to give me the managers name and said that she "already spoke to my manager about the situation and they do not need to talk to you"... Had this "manager" have said " Sorry we are closed" it would have been an extremely more pleasant experience at this Mcdonalds.

The girl that cashed me out didn’t know why she was doing, she told me o could have the bagel for breakfast and then told me she didn’t have it, know your menu before your a cashier.then I waited 15-20 minutes before getting my food in a tray when I was leaving hire smart people!

The staff were amazing and food was great. The level of service really sets the bar high for other McDonald's.

As most McDonald's, the staff treat you nicely, get the order done with no trouble and you enjoy your meal
