Staff is always friendly. Orders are usually brought out quickly. App can be slow at times, tho better lately.

I was in the drive thru, and they got my order wrong, I went inside to get my right order and the lady that helped was so genuinely nice and apologized about the order wrong she got my order ready less than 2 minutes and she gave me a free burger, I wasn’t mad about my order being wrong or anything she was very nice, I didn’t catch her name but I have to say this was probably the best customer service I’ve ever had. :)

Drive thru usually for breakfast sometimes. Great customer service but they need to put someone on the microphone that can speak english clearly. Hard to communicate when someone taking orders speaks broken English. My order got messed up a couple times before i had them fix it at the pick up window. Not trying to be mean but communication is key when taking an order

Dominiks gotten orders done faster than I’ve had it done anywhere else in fast food. Crazy fast service and all 3 orders were perfectly done. Need more Dominiks in the industry!!
