Sonic Drive-in

Never coming to this location again. I was happy to see that they were open because the last three times I tried to order my app said they were closed. So I ordered on the app and finally got my food. The ice cream was runny. I didn’t have my pretzel with the order. Nor did I have the marinara sauce for the mozzarella sticks. I don’t really like them plain. So I rang the bell and told them they forgot those items. I was informed that they didn’t forget rather they just didn’t have those items to give me. So they proceeded to prepare my order knowing they didn’t have the items and still didn’t tell me when they brought the food. The girl was so rude and told me to call the 1800 number there was nothing they could do. I know they don’t care but they messed up a good loyal customer. Honestly they should stay closed for good ✌️

One of the nastiest, rudest sonics on earth 😬🤢🤭 not only do the employees ignore you and make you wait long long LOOOONGGG wait times for food but there’s no sense of urgency. If They don’t care about the costumers what makes you think they care about the food they making yall. No masks no gloves and horrible workers and when I did get my food it was raw. When I went back to show them this tall black kid with red hair said I brought it from home and accused me of lying 🤬🤬 I asked for a manager and waited for over 30 minutes !!!!!!!!!!!!! No one ever came and I now i have foood poisoning

Whoever owns this location just does not care. It's 9 in the morning at a store that supposed to open at 6 in the morning and no one is here. All the lights are on. There's a car parked around back. All of the monitors that actually work all say in the kitchen. That's why I will literally drop down to the airport and use that Sonic over this one that is 2 minutes for my house
