I've only been to the Antioch location once. It wasn't all that bad. I walked in, ordered my food, and was out of there in no more than 10 minutes!! They could clean up a little more, but it's a fast food place, I wasn't expecting 5 stars...😁😁😁...

stopped by for their tuesday 2 for 1 special never having been there b4 so I went in to sit down only and saw 1 person was inside working the drive thru.... I saw another person outside with lowered shorts and underwear exposed...I chalked it up to a customer...finally another lady came to the counter after 5 min and I asked her about the Tuesday special and she seems perplexed about the special.. she then checked and said o yeah the 2 4 1 on Tuesdays. I paid and look around at a very dirty unsanitized dining area and mine you it was11am b4 lunch crowd...I went back to the counter and said I'll be taking it to go and then 4 ppl showed up from the back including dirty underwear boy and he preceded to eat frys on the counter with his hands..yuck!!!! then the lady who took my order said they had no lettuce for my hamburgers I paid for...I left took one bite very relucted and tossed it in disgust and proceeded to burger king to eat real beef and get good service..DON'T GO!!! DEF NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN...please someone call animal control cause the beef might be dog.

Terrible visit no Root beer soda not ready for customers on yesterday. Register would not take cards, cash only. Had to go Drive Throw. No good. but I have had better days, at this A&W.

Every single time my family and I go they are always out of almost everything, not too mention the place is so dirty I'm surprised the health department hasn't shut the place down, I love A&w but will NEVER return here especially not only did they mess my order up but my daughter's hamburger had mold on the bun. STAY FAR AWAY FROM HERE

Long wait. Out of biscuits. Person on the counter was set up to fail, in my opinion. He was brand new and left to cover the register and fill orders by himself. No manager in sight.

This location is comically bad. It doesn't look like anyone actually runs the place. Sometimes there is no one there at all during business hours. Maybe it's drug front or something because I don't know how they can make money.

They are "out of" the entire menu, until you start to leave, and then they'll make some for you if you'll wait. To the next person they're out of everything except what they're making for you.
