Waited 30 mins for 1 stuffed crust pizza. Finally went inside only to get a pizza that was cold. Very bad service!!

Employees were cursing loudly in the back while I was ordering. 4/5 of the pizzas I ordered were burnt and dry.not enough cheese and sauce.

Made an online order to specifically avoid waiting time and once I got there they still made me go through the drive in line. Makes no sense whatsoever

The drive thru is easy to miss especially at night. It's poorly lit, throughout its entire parking lot. Staff also tends to not give price totals before you leave the microphone, preferring to give you the total at the window. Their policy of not accepting bills over 20 dollars is a safety purposes. When they spring the total on you at the window its frustrating for me in canceling it, and holding up the other customers.

I tried their new crispy chicken pizzas. I guess I should have expected the cheap processed chicken pieces. But the chicken was far from crispy. The garlic parmesan one is what I got, I only tasted that flavor on one small piece of my slice. Even that didn't help cover up the horrible chicken. I'd much rather purchase the regular $5 hot and ready. I would have provided less stars but I still like the hot and ready for it's convenience.

one time i went it had white sauce on top when i ordered barbecue chicken sauce it kinda tasted salty i don’t know and i asked for a well cut pizza and they gave me the pie whole.
