Starbucks

Normally I absolutely love the Starbucks, There's one lady who just Brighten my day every time I would come in to Starbucks which was everyday for About 6 months. Maybe she was off yesterday or the day before but my experience at Starbucks is lately is that they're all either either out of marcha so that can't make me a green tea latte or they're out of out of sugar free open you're free oatmeal sugar free almond milk if you're a diabetic person. It used to be that there was never any problem with Starbucks ever maybe one out of a 100 times they're losing Their edge.

I normally wouldn't waste my time reviewing a Starbucks, but I have to say that the Antelope one straight sucks! Which is really unfortunate since it's the only one in our neighborhood. Sadly the customer service is horrendous on top of the location being completely run inefficiently. This morning myself and like 4 other cars came to the drivethru around 7:30am and sat there in front of the order screen that was TURNED ON awaiting orders. Complete silence. No signage anywhere to indicate that anything was closed. After like 10 minutes we pull up to the window and the location is lit up but there is no one inside. A little over half an hour later I see workers inside so I poke my head and ask if they're open. One of the workers tells me that they'll be opening in 15 minutes (it's about 8:00am now) I proceed to bring up that they had a line of cars earlier and that their order screen was turned on and there was no sign to indicate that they would be opening later. The worker proceeds to tell me "We're short-staffed, there's nothing we can do, sorry." over and over again even talking over me. Clearly not listening; I completely sympathize with being short staffed, that's not the issue. The issue is they had the building lit up for business but no sign saying they were closed. If you're short staffed, why is the order screen even on?? Why isn't there something blocking the drivethru? Furthermore, maybe they should hire people who can take a second and listen and not just dismiss customers condescendingly.

They never get my drinks right. If you order something and they are out of one of the ingredients they just leave it out, or substitute the ingredient with something that doesn't go with it at all and you won't know until you get to the window. It's so frustrating especially if you have already waited in the drive through for 20 minutes, if I would have known I would have picked something else. There's even been a time when I ordered an unsweetened black iced tea and when I drove off and got home I realized it was an unsweetened black iced coffee. I just threw it away. I completely stopped going here because this constantly happens. Starbucks can do better!

Went to this location to try to get some homework done around 6pm. As I walked in I was greeted then I went up to order. One of the employees walked by me as I waited, and just looked at me. I waited for another employee to come out from the back room and when he came up to the register he looked at me and didn't say anything. I then just told him what I would like to order and responded with "what else do you want". Very poor costumer service from Daniel. Music was also so loud I couldn't even concentrate. Around 745 pm, a customer walked up near the door and one of the employees said "don't do it" as in don't come in, before he walked in because they were near closing. Very ghetto and unorganized. My coffee also had way more cold brew then cream which was watered down. Would not recommend.

Only ended up here due to family, I would not go here otherwise. It's pretty slow and the service is very disorganized. Most of the employees look lost like they are frantically trapped in their own world and can't even see you. Something as simple as knowing when your order is ready or where they put it is not a given. It's also pretty dingy, not somewhere I would say is inviting to sit down, let alone place a drink or food. I have seen worse, but I've certainly seen better. On the up side, our drinks were good, though my son thought his sandwich was gross and didn't eat it.

This is the closest Starbucks to us. I definitely don't hate it, but they do seem to be out of a lot of things a lot of the time, and they've gotten my order wrong a couple of times. It's basically the same as another one in their system, and the other is more popular, so it was getting messed up quite a bit. But I haven't had that problem since I called them about it. It is almost always busy though. There's like a 15 minute gap mid-morning where there is no one in line so if you get there at the right time it's a breeze. However! There is one employee in particular who is outstanding!! And I forget his name but he has long hair and is the sweetest person!
