Guntersville, AL is the Jacks that served the horrible
food Guntersville Jacks, ordered gravy smothered fries, chicken fingers w coke slaw. The slaw was floating in liquid that the cashier said was bc their ice machine wasn't working, the fries was floating in non flavored liquid. The drinks was only carbonation. Wasted my money on this meal.

I have celiac disease and Jack's accommodates my food intolerance by making sure that they make my food fresh and that its made away from all other orders.. I even feel safe ordering a big Jack with no bun.If I know that we are eating out I w will take my own gluten free bun. And, Jack's have the best fries 🍟 then any other fast food restaurant. I only eat out at 3 maybe 4 take out fast food like restaurants. And Jack's is one of my favorites. I also like the green beans, slaw, and mashed potatoes. I haven't had an issue with these either. I just tried the vegetables for the first time about a week ago. Of course mashed potatoes no gravy.

Food just 9k. Dry dry cheeseburger. Cheese just thrown on top of small meat, some food on our order was not there. They did say they were " short staffed. Won't be going back.

Sat in line 5 minutes, no one came to the speaker . There was a line behind me and when I pulled off I guess someone told the others they were closed. This was a little after 930. Its not the employees fault they're understaffed. Pay your workers a decent wage and you'll be fully staffed and able to serve people.

Not sure if the person who takes your order in the drive through is the same as the one who gives it to you but the lady on the mic was a bit snappy. Definitely not a good way to start the day. Lady that gave the food was a sweetheart. But other than that food was good, service was fast.
