I haven't eaten anything here that I haven't loved. I enjoy the food and the atmosphere here so much that I put in an application and got a job here! I am very picky about the restaurants I work at and wouldn't work anywhere that is nasty (food wise and cleanliness). So if you are in the mood for some excellent southern comfort food, come on in and try this place out! Chef T is an amazing chef and boss. Miss Liz is friendly and will make sure you leave satisfied. The staff is well trained and always strive to make your experience the best around. The price is reasonable and you definitely get what you pay for!

The iced tea was outstanding, as was the #2 open faced hamburger steak with onions and brown gravy. It actually had a lot of onions, which I love. The mixed greens were good but NOT what I expected. I have never had mixed greens that were primarily cabbage. I was thinking turnip, mustard, and or collards. Odd but still tasty. (Skip the meatloaf.)

My wife and I ate here 05/21/2022 her onion rings were over cooked the bacon on the BLT over cooked,, BBQ sauce isn't that good and to watery just enough to barely taste, my wife had to go and get the ketchup from the waitress she was laughing and carrying on with other employee, I was almost done eating when she brought out the Texas Toast for my meal. $5.10 for 8 over cooked Onion Rings added as a side is ridiculous. I did let them know that food wasn't good, over priced sides, BTW they don't run Debit card as Debit only as Credit and that's another $1.10 added to your ticket. Don't eat here it's not worth the price you'll pay. Oh and after 15 minutes Taco Bell affect hits....
