I moved to Annapolis 9 months ago and this is the only 7-11 i attend no matter how many i pass the people here are very nice and personable if you take the time to talk to the staff store is always clean well stocked and same staff there is a language barrier that's why people think there rude I'm guessing. Give them a chance and they will be a lot nicer i guarantee it

Extremely rude staff. I needed a bathroom, and stopped in to see if they had one. The bald, toothless guy behind the counter was extremely rude to me when I asked. I asked if they had an employee bathroom I could use since it was an emergency, and he sarcastically snapped at me, "well you're not an employee so no." No need to be rude you toothless wonder.

Today 5/4/2021 I was in 7 - Eleven store I bought my coffee and when I paid for my coffee the cashier he said his name Sil he was discriminated me he started speaking Spanish with me I said I am sorry I don’t speak Spanish after that he ask me where I from I answered and he started talking with he’s coworkers in the another language and all of them was started laughed at me and he said he can teach me where I should swipe my credit card very bad customer service.
