Very clean 👌 restaurant from the parking lot to the rest room ! My order was correct and hot .... for a minute I was wondering if they knew who I was lol . My total time from the beginning to receiving my lunch was less than 4 minutes 💯🤝🏽. I highly recommend you guys visiting this McDonald's at 897 Bay Ridge road Annapolis,Maryland.

Like their food & employees are polite and professional but they always short me on my chicken nuggets. I pay for 10 and expect to get 10 but I only get 8 or 9. It sad that starting on my next visit there I am going to start counting my nuggets before I leave whether I go inside or go through the drive through.

The service was what we expect from McDonalds. It was the fastest I've been served at a McDonalds in many years! The food was made to perfection. All McDonalds need to look at this location as the example of what McDonalds was built on. Fast and good service! Highly recommend this location.

It's hard to give a McDonald's four stars, but I'll give this store credit. The last five times I've been there the food has been well prepared and the drive-thru amazingly fast. What more can you say?

Staff only worries about drive thru. Four people waiting at the front register they looked over at us and did not acknowledge us. The lady Infront of us waited 15 minutes for hot chocolate.. the employee said the machine was slow. McDonald's get it together if your machine is that slow replace it.. when your at it retrain your mangers and staff or get rid of them. They are hurting your business.

I mean it's McDonald's. It's pretty much always the same wherever you get it. Which is like their thing. I interacted with the staff for like 60 seconds and they all seemed nice and professional. Nothing bad to say.
