Why would they ever build a Starbuck down the street when they have the Zu right here!!!! So much nicer, great staff, great coffee. It used to be an old bank so it has a drive thru, kinda cool. If you haven't tried the Zu, you owe it to yourself!

Every time I've been to this location it's always been a pleasant experience and I've suggested it to many of my friends over the obvious competitors. The staff is always friendly and courteous with my order coming out 100% correct every single time.

Zü Coffee is the best! The staff is friendly. The coffee is great. They make really good breakfast sandwiches and get high quality pastries to sell daily. Everything tastes fresh. If I have to choose between a large chain coffee shop and Zü, I'm choosing Zü every time.

Hit this place a couple of times over a cold weekend. Coffees were very good. So was the hot cocoa and the made to order breakfast sammiches. Fireplace was nice to snooze by while waiting for my order. Staff were fun and friendly. Had a fun conversation about musicians from 20 years ago.

I said good morning to one of the girls behind the counter and she just stared at me and gave me a rude look. Even though I like some of their breakfast items (coffee depends on the day- sometimes it warm and sometimes cold) I will not be back. Customer service goes a long ways and there is no reason to be rude. I will continue with Starbucks. It is a shame not to support local business, but you have to be kind to customers.

The barista was awesome. I didn't like the coffee. The blueberry bran muffin wasn't good either to bland for me. The coffee was a little harsh. I got a caramel macchiato and was disappointed. The sugar cookie was hard and tasted like something else other than a sugar cookie. My boys did not enjoy the chocolate chip or oatmeal and they eat anything. I'll try a latte next time I'm in town. They prices are a bit steep but seem normal like any other coffee shop.

Great staff that seems to appreciate your business and makes sure to do their business right! Tasty bakery goods and very flavorful coffees that are different all the time.
If you think you might be a regular here, and let me tell you, it's worth it, then make sure you get a rewards card started from the get go and start earning that free drink!
Only giving 4/5 for the size of the store and a little bit of cleanliness, the past couple times I've been in there's been a bucket on the floor to catch water...

Great service. FANTASTIC coffee brewed in house. Nice, clean, and inviting environment. Bakery is overall pretty average in my opinion but the food is reasonably priced and the onion bagels are delicious.
