Went through the drive thru and ordered a 1 with egg and cheese(chicken biscuit with egg and cheese) and a 4 count mini. I get home and it’s a chicken biscuit with cheese (I’ve never ordered a biscuit with cheese from Chick-fil-A) so I called and spoke with Alexis and she said she was the manager.. she was nice nasty and no help at all- she told me to give her the order number off of the receipt and I told her I must have left it in the car.. she told me she will forward my issue to the cares team and if I don’t respond to the call they will not help me. I’m like whoa.. is that a threat.. I’m not gonna be sitting around waiting for Chick-fil-A to call me.. they don’t employ me.. I told her why is that you just can’t put in the computer that I’m owed a chicken biscuit with egg and cheese and she decided to tell me she was forwarding it to the cares team. By the way I 100% believe she was the one who took my order. Alexis THE MANAGER was NICE NASTY and no help and unapologetic (genuinely)!!!!!!VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THE SOMMERVILLE CHICK-FIL-A IN ANNAPOLIS MARYLAND!!!!!

This is the second time I order the deluxe . And I get food with lettuce like this if I didn’t live 20 mins away and stop on the way I would have took it back. This unacceptable chick-fil-a. Me waiting my money. I only give it a two because my nuggets was on point . What happy to the sweet buns too. Location added!! Very disappointed

Chick-fil-A is always great and the employees are always friendly. I've never had a bad experience. I just usually don't go because they are often very busy. It's good but not that good.

I have repeatedly had trouble with this location.
Save yourself the trouble of missing items from your order. Drive to another Chick-fil-A. I recommend the one on Ritchie Highway in Severna Park. They know how to fill an order correctly.

I like this chick fi la, they are always so nice here. I do deliveries n also come in as a customer. I like that some of the employees have learned my name. Very welcoming place!!! Please keep up the great service!

I can't leave you a 1 star because its Chick Fli A but I can't leave a 5 star because I'm sick of hearing that y'all don't cook things well done anymore because its already cooked to the perfect temp well I don't care I want my stuff extra crispy

This place never gets my order right ! I’ve gone multiple times and never feel like what I paid for was worth it. Gross sandwich’s. Fries floppy as hell, horrible order accuracy. I’m not going to this location anymore
