Caliente Grill

My husband and I had an outstanding experience at the Caliente Grill today. Our server was helpful, attentive, and polite. She helped me to find dishes to suit my dietary needs and the Fajita Burrito in a bowl that I ordered was fantastic! I enjoyed every bite and look forward to returning to this restaurant. Thanks to the chef for accommodating my dietary requests.

We recently celebrated our midshipman Commissioning Day and order some very delicious food from Caliente Grill . I was very concerned, never had eaten at this eatery. I highly recommend the carnitas, yellow rice and pinto beans. Very tasty and well cooked. We order several platters and all our guest enjoy it very much.

Sooo so sooo good!!!!!!!!! Best Latin food I’ve had in Maryland so far. Pupusas are amazing! The salsa was fresh and tasted like real salsa, not that fake out-of-the-jar stuff and that’s how you know it’s good! Gus the server had amazing services! He is the man to go to in this restaurant. Let me start by saying that I have a chronic condition that makes it very difficult for us to find just the right place to eat specially during Covid , there are many factors I have to consider from fresh ingredients, to right condiments, to cooking methods, to safe, disynfectant place and clean bathrooms. Plus the fact that is authentic Honduran, Mexican cuisine done right in a delicious way very tasty 😍👍 There are hand sanitizers, staff and clients wearing mask, outside seating plus the inside was properly distant from each table. Waiter patiently listened and answered all our questions since we are Puertorricans not too familiar with the cuisine. And, there was ROXANNE, the amazing host, the owner 👏👏, she found out it was our 1st time visiting and took the time to come out to meet us, giving a very warm welcome making us feel very good, also we loved the canoa GRACIAS🥰 We Are Definitely coming back!!! Those pupusas were delicious and my husband ordered the Fried Tilapia and loved it 👌 Thank you so much we had a great experience and we'll be back with our family 👍👍

My family and I love this local business. Serves authentic Salvadorean food, as well as some Mexican dishes. We've been patronizing this business since it first opened. I've been there for date day at the bar with the husband, happy hour with friends, family lunch/dinner with the 3 kids (7, 6, and 2 years old), and small and large order carry out. Pupusas and tacos priced reasonably but some dishes overpriced for amount you get (though, quality excellent). Food preparation takes a while, so expect a wait between the time you order and when you get your food. I suggest imbibing in a delicious margarita and enjoying the complimentary chips and salsa while you wait! Outdoor patio area not ideal, so sit inside!
