This place is FANTASTIC. The staff is on point and food is killer. The smoked trout dip is over the top. These guys are amazing. If you don't come here, it is your loss.
Everything about this place is awesome. The food, drinks, staff, decor and atmosphere are all fantastic! My favorite dishes are the Poke, Etoufee, Alligator Tail and Avocado Toasts, Sous Vide Octopus and Hamachi Crudo. And lets not forget the best Baloney Sammich you’ll ever eat. Oh, and I can’t forget the SOB daiquiri! So yummy and unlike any other daiquiri. It is pure creamy goodness! Sailor is a wonderful addition to Annapolis and I wish them huge success!
Clancy, the bartender was outstanding. Give the man a raise... even though he's from Queens. It was my first time at an Oyster bar. Clancy helped me with oyster selection, recommended a phenomenal Bourbon, and made sure I was well taken care of. The selection of oysters I tried was very good. I highly recommend this place. Great vibes, excellent service, and outstanding food. The truffles were an exceptional way to end the night.
This is an epic hostelry, created by an innovator (Scott the owner) but delivered by the magic of his brilliant staff who are very individual, super friendly and genuine, …… the food which is totally unique,…. and a cocktail, beer and wine menu which is diverse and accessible in cost, but also a knockout in taste and presentation.
Throw in some splendid tunes, a thriving set of customers and the fact it’s Dog Friendly and you can see why this is such a sensational place on a world scale.
Personal favs, Tuna Poke and a Last word Cocktail. Lastly the name is in the title- the Oysters are breathtaking. 12 different types, all as fresh as a….daisy and shucked to the highest standard. The word Epic is often overused - but not in this case.
Super fresh oysters and seafood! Amazing staff and great vibe. The octopus was perfect! Poke was surprisingly spicy with the peppers, enjoyed that too.
really great restaurant. service was genuine, super quick and attentive. atmosphere was really vibrant and warm, busy, but not too loud, nice music and great lighting. oysters were fantastic and reasonably priced, interesting cocktail menu. mains were a bit confusing. why are you serving sandwiches? clearly an up market slick place with a chance to showcase seafood in a smart clean different way so maybe ditch the bread and tinned tuna? one point off for the menus really not describing what you end up eating :)
The oysters are SO fresh and delicious, the staff is super knowledge and helpful, and the drinks are perfect. We're not even done with our meal as I write this, I just had to share how wonderful of an experience it has been thus far. Definitely coming back! Would even make a trip to Annapolis just for this place!

I want to try literally EVERYTHING on the menu. A good enough variety to suit all taste preferences but short enough menu that you know everything there has been concocted with thought and purpose (Gordon Ramsey would approve of the length)
Great local oyster selection, super fresh raw fish selection, happy looking chef, and drinks that go down a little too easy 😜
Such a tasty surprise, while walking on our dinner under the stars, I found the perfect spot for dinner. All CDC recommendations observed and the service was terrific! I had the salmon poke and it was so good, I’m coming back soon.
