Excellent pizza and amazing Italian Beef subs

Last Pizza's I bought had hardly any sauce and not many toppings. Apparently the place is trying to save money by skimping on sauce and toppings but still charging the same price. If they are going to skimp they need to lower the price. They also have had a lot of turnover in staff.

The best pizza place and Italian beef you will ever have. The zesty chef with their homemade zesty sauce is absolutely delicious. The owners are wonderful friendly people. Love love love it!!

Picked up an extra large cheese & sausage w/ extra cheese. Extra indeed, AWESOME. It was fresh, cooked well, and had that great Pizza Villa taste. Great value for the money.

just got a pizza from this place 22 dollars. by far the worse pizza i have tried to eat wow the reviews on this place were awesome sorry to say the pizza was so bad
