Tim Hortons

I don't like to give one star unless I have to. the place is inside gas station. the staff are not friendly at allllllllllll. not one person but all of them,!! no greetings no talk. unfortunately it was not clean. the donuts i ordered and paid for inside. was not available. the cup of coffee i got was dripping on the side she put it on the counter and took the next customer, so cleaning was my task to do... shame on you Tim Hortons.

Food is standard fair for Tim Hortons, but the service is absolutely horrible. I ordered a coffee and donut from the drive through and there was no one at the window after I ordered, the staff was busy flirting with each other. After someone finally showed up I was not told my total or given a receipt and the staff promptly disappeared for 5 minutes before finally showing up with my order

After a very long day all I wanted was a good coffee and a quick snack. My awful tasteing mocha latte was only 3/4 of the way full with no whip cream or fancy chocolate topping. After waiting 10 minutes for a bagel, they said it was due to them running out of cream cheese so they had to get some. (I'm assuming they bought it from the gas station they are attached to?) You would think I would have gotten a little more than this barely there spread... 🤔🤷‍♀️👎

I typically really like Tim Hortons for a quick breakfast when on the run. The staff was very friendly here, but there was definitely something off with the food from this location. There was at least a very slight chemical aftertaste in everything. It was especially bad in the custard donuts to the point of being overpowering. I couldn't take more than one bite of them. I also couldn't finish the coffee. This location is attached to a gas station and the flavor was akin to how gasoline smells. It seems crazy to me that any manner of cross contamination could happen, but that's how it tasted. I ate the food well away from this location, so my sense of taste couldn't have been being thrown off due to smelling gas fumes, etc. I won't be going back to this location, regardless of how good the customer service was.

Experience was terrible. Drive thru took an extremely long time and when I eventually got my order it was completely wrong. Went inside to get it corrected and the employees were yelling and swearing at each other, blaming each other for the numerous wrong orders. One employee even started crying and was told to go home. The cruller donut I ordered tasted like chemicals. Only took one bite and had to throw it away. I understand people having a bad day but everything was so disorganized and chaotic.

The sandwich was fine but the service could not have been slower. The chef, while extremely friendly was sweating profusely. Wiping his face with paper towles and then continuing to keep preparing food (gag) with the same sweaty gloves. Then a problem at the drive through left my completed order sitting there getting cold. Extremely pleasant, but i can't wait 30 minutes for a chicken wrap.

I didn’t know Tim Hortons can be this bad. Didn’t have ice cap, didn’t have omelette bites on the menu. Bought 2 hash browns, a bagel, mocha drink, spinach omelette bites, and I threw away everything except for the bagel. Hash browns were so dried out and tasted like old oil, and everything else tasted nasty too, except for the bagel. The people who worked there were really unprofessional too, the drive through person didn’t even talk, he was staring the whole time

This is actually the worst Tim Horton's I've ever had the displeasure of going to. The staff makes you feel like an inconvienence, whenever they actually decide to help you. Most of the time they hide in the back on their phones. The food tastes poor, but the worst part is the terrible customer service. I'd probably hire more employees and change out management if I owned this place. UPDATE: Today I went through the drive thru (on my way to work) and the employee over the speaker was rude, but the employee at the window was wonderful! Very nice and fun to talk to. I wish all of the employees had the attitude he had. i didn't get his name but if i see him there again I will keep coming in. Please hire more people like him!
