This Taco bell has improved a lot. Recently i have been greeted with smile and served my food quicker. Fast service and excellent staff change. Dine in is still not fully functional

This is a DAYTIME ONLY Taco Bell.
As someone who has come to this location several times a week for the good part of the last year (I'd guess I'm one of their most frequent customers [if not the most frequent]), I'm writing this review to let it be known that this location is not functional beyond 9PM (possibly earlier).
The night shift workers, more often than not, will not take any orders--by any means. I do not recommend going even if you order online, because you will lose your money more often than you will get your food. Two days ago the "systems were down" and only one worker was in. Today they were "only taking mobile orders," although they did have two staff members inside. As someone who has historically worked fast food, this is just a bad crew: whether it be due to management, poor wages, lack of work ethic, or all of the above. Just don't do night orders here, go somewhere else, unless you are okay with switching to McDonalds or Chipotle ~75% of the time.
The day crew is actually very kind, and, in my experience, pretty good at getting orders right and making them well. If I was just reviewing them, I would give 5 stars. Nothing but good experiences there.

It's Taco Bell - So you should know what your expectations are going in. Although in my experience here they forget the sauce more often than not, so be sure to double-check at the window. Also, would be nice if they posted if the lobby is closed on the door instead of making you find out after parking in the limited and tight parking they have here.

For the third time in a row I placed an order on the app, arrive to get my food, and was told that they can't make food due to "technical issues." However, this time I got fed up and told them "I placed an order on the app, why did my order go through if you're not open?" and they told me to pull through and they made my order no problem! I get that working in food service is the worst but how come this keeps happening? Are the employees constantly lying to get out of taking orders? What technical issue could possibly be happening that they can't take an order at the drive-thru but they can make food from app orders no problem?
On a side note as I sat at the drive-thru window one of the employees kept yelling at the others; "STOP! NO! STOP! NO! SHUT UP!" Whatever interpersonal problem they were having shouldn't be able to be heard through the window.

I ordered from uber eats around 7pm on march 22. Their computers were down, okay that’s fine. My order was delayed a little, that’s fine. What’s not fine, is the fact that an hour or so later, my uber eats driver (a black man) called me and told me that my order was not showing up in their system. I asked why they wouldn’t just look at his phone or contact me directly. He told me that he tried to show them what my order was and they proceeded with threatening to call the police on him for trespassing. When I called, the manager was extremely rude and blew it off as it apparently is not his problem. I have contacted HR and will continue to until I have the full story. This behavior in this economy? Absolutely not.

Terrible. Time and time again they get the order wrong, time and time again they don’t answer the phone when I try to get it fixed. Each time I give it about a month and hope that there’s been enough change of staff to make a difference, but it doesn’t matter. We have some vegetarians in the family and every time we order without meat we end up with meat. Three out of the last three visits have gone this way. Today I have somebody else’s order entirely. I’ve called and they aren’t answering the phone. I would rate zero stars if it would allow it.

If you're looking for Taco Bell in the area, please go to the one on Washtenaw! This one has always been very rude & unprofessional. I get it - I know there's a worker shortage, I know you don't get paid enough to care, I know food service is a stressful job. But outright refusing to serve someone because you asked them to wait a minute. And then 10 minutes later??? It's crazy how they say "no one wants to work," and yet the only ones working these jobs are the bottom of the barrel. I hate leaving negative reviews, but this Taco Bell has to be run by complete idiots.

Ordered DoorDash for pickup and showed up to find one of the workers sitting outside on the curb on his phone and saying he didn’t get our order. He was blonde, had glasses, and was (ofc) working the closing shift with another girl today (May 7). Went home and tried requesting a refund through DoorDash and DoorDash said it was marked as picked up at 12:38am. He just sat there and blatantly lied to our face and didn’t even bother to make the order after we showed proof. All he had to say was a bunch of unnecessary information as proof that he wasn’t lying, and then telling us that we need to get a refund from DoorDash. Of course contacting DoorDash for a refund was a HUGE headache because they thought we were scamming them since the Taco Bell employee lied and said we picked it up.
So at the end of the day, I went to go get food at like 12am (they close at 1am) since they’re the only ones open, they pull this, and then I can’t get food anywhere bc everywhere is closed : ) karma’ll getchu anyway not my problem xoxox
