My mom and I stopped at this Dickeys location for lunch. This location is clean and inviting. The team working this day were friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and very pleasant. Our food was good and was just as I loved from previous visits at other locations. I will definitely stop here again when in the area.

Food was great! The brisket was incredibly tender and some of the best we've ever had. Mac and cheese and sides were also tasty. The soda machine had many options, and there were free soft serve ice cream cones to finish out the meal. The place was clean and staff friendly and welcoming.

Heard good things about other locations, so we stopped by on a road trip. The meat was tasty but could have been warmer. Felt like I should already know what the menu was and how to order even though I'd never been before. The staff was barely friendly, not a feel-good kinda place you want to frequent. P.S. Love the crushed ice! And the kids enjoyed the soft serve.

The meat was ridiculously good, sides were definitely better than most BBQ spots, would highly recommend!

For the price, this was decent. The sides were okay. My biggest complaint is that the brisket was sliced incorrectly. It was sliced with the grain instead of against, making it tough. Got a couple of pieces that were sliced correctly and it was good. Pulled pork was a little over salted but definitely hit the spot. Still, we paid $50 for two pounds of meat, 3 sides, and some rolls. A good deal that fed 4 adults and 3 kids with some leftovers.

I ordered the 2 meat plate, which came with 2 sides (mac and cheese and bbq beans.) Portion size is small, but adequate and the prices are somewhat reasonable. The two meats I chose were pulled pork and the brisket. The pulled pork was mediocre, a little bit dry and a little bit fatty. The brisket was above average, nicely seasoned and tender. The baked beans and mac & cheese were both above average. The only issue I had was that the two meat plate comes with 1 small dinner roll (2 inch x 2 inch.) I called and spoke with the manager about this and was told this is the way it comes. It seems unusual to me to be expected to eat the brisket and pulled pork with a fork and no bun. This is why I gave 4 stars instead of five.

They are very consistent in serving sizes, flavor, and service. Pulled pork is amazing. Baked potato casserole is delicious. My three young girls love the Mac n cheese. We will keep coming back. Sundays, kids eat free with a purchase of an adult plate. Free refills on big yellow cups Update: I tried the chicken and it was so good. Wasn't dry and had a lot of flavor. My husband really like the ribs and brisket.

Not up to Dickeys standards. I have been a fan of Dickeys BBQ for years. So when they came to my town Ann Arbor I was excited. I have been there four times ranging from mediocre to bad.The business is run very inefficiently. The person who is taking your order is also preparing your foods very cumbersome process.Twice people in the line behind me walked out. There should be one person dedicated to take orders to keep it moving. The first time I visited, when I got home my ribs were very dry and over cooked. I returned to the store and they showed me a new rack that appeared juicy. When I got home they were better but still sort of dry and very over seasoned. I an a fan so I returned to give them another try.The brisket was dry and so was the pulled pork.My third trip I decided to give the ribs another shot, not bad but definitely not good and still very over seasoned. On each of my visits the staff seemed confused and very inefficient although they were very friendly. Finally I had a coupon so I gave them another shot. Ribs were overcooked and over seasoned brisket very dry and pulled pork mediocre. I had high hopes for this place but just got dissatisfied. I rarely saw any management in this place.Just a bunch of confused kids. Hopefully they'll get the kinks out and maybe I will try again in the future.
