Not really friendly on customer satisfaction. My 11 year old did not like the blue berry slushy after sipping it. she ask to get something. The lady at the window told her because it wasn’t our mess up you would have to buy something else. I said she doesn’t like it but that wasn’t her concern so we had to throw the other one away and purchase another one. Great customer service. Thanks:/

Free ice cream cone day and there was quite a line but the staff had things moving right along! Great selection!

Much friendlier service then other DQ's. NYC cheesecake was good. A little messy, but hey l enjoyed it any way. Don't know if I'll be back there, but I do recommend visiting and quenching you ice cream urge here.

The place prominently displayed "No mask, no service" while the teenager at the counter was using a pen and wasn't planning to wash her hands before dispensing my baby cone. I asked if she'd wear gloves and she said " oh I wash my hands all the time.". I said, oh I think that's wrong answer, I'll go ..I'm wearing my mask, you should wear A clean pair of.gloves. the girl behind her went and washed her hands and dispensed my cone.
I despise the attitudes. Forget it. It's not worth putting up with the hassle.

I'm vegan, so I can really only get the slushes, but before I was vegan I came all the time. Plus they have pup cups. P.s. the oreo blizzard is the best.
