Panera Bread Restaurant

Ann Arbor Plymouth Road Panera was an excellent choice for my dinner. I love their Mediterranean Veggie Sandwich and their Brocculi Cheddar Soup. For dessert I got an Orange Scone. This is an easy location from I-23S. Lots of options available here for dine in or take out. Covid Protocols are being used. Handicap Accessible. Beautiful Ambiance, soft lighting.

Only one self order spot, so I ordered with the cashier. The soup was not even warm, the cheese was not melted, it was French onion, the salad was full of bacon, I can't have bacon. If I could have used the kiosk I would have been able to see that. No one was very friendly, the chef was telling a Co worker how slow they were and had been all day, so it wasn't busy.

There is a high chance that what you order here is not what you will get. For the last week or so I've gotten food here, it's either missing an ingredient, or has such a small amount of ingredients it should be categorized as a scam. If you're eating here because it is close, I recommend just grabbing something from any of the other shops across the street as you will get more food, same or better quality, and for a lower price. If you do decide to go in, check to see if it looks low-staffed (messy tables, dishes around the trash, etc.) as you will likely be disappointed in your order. And if you're looking for something filling, do not get a bowl. It's $11 - $12 and you get about $4 worth. Not kidding. The photos they have on their website are false advertising showing a large bowl full of rice, meat, and veggies. What you get is about 1/3 of that. This is definitely a scam. I don't normally post reviews about places I go to. If you get a wrong order every once in a while that's understandable. But this place specifically has left me disappointed repeatedly. Chances are, if you're reading this review, you're looking for a place that won't let you down. This is not that place.
