The staff by the counter were giggling and joking delightfully while I was there. It was so nice to see people having a little bit of fun at work. I hope this means the management is kind to their workers!

No matter how many times I go to five guys, I always get excited unwrapping that foil to find one of the best fast food double cheese burgers around !! Yummy!

In such a competitive market, the ONLY thing keeping you afloat is your decent-ish quality.
The team member interactions I witnessed today were embarrassing at best. I asked the "fry person" if there would be any way to get a clean table, to which he said "of course" and asked another employee coming from the back because he was bragging orders, to which she responded "No, have somebody else do it" loudly.
Another employee came to attend but brought straws, lids, and ketchup to refill before cleaning the tables. The "fry-person" asked if she could clean a table first and the MANAGER responded "stop telling her what to do, don't start a fight today". Bold, coming from someone who forgot my bacon, but I digress. I won't be recommending anyone here at my hotel, in fact, I'll tell them to avoid the whole mess.

Ordered bacon cheeseburger. With grilled onions and mushrooms. 1 of the 2 patties was half sized. No bacon. Grilled onions were half grilled. Very few mushrooms, were not of quality I expected. Quite disappointed, not of quality I remember.

A decent option for quick burgers & fries. I've tried the shakes a few times & they're a pass in my opinion, but the burgers are tasty & the fries are a HUGE serving, service is reasonably quick & friendly.

As usual, the food and service were excellent, however.....
The prices have skyrocketed and a burger, small fries, a Coke and a few dollars for the tip jar came to just shy of $20. Ouch!

Great burger, fast service. Restaurant was clean. A bit pricey. I got a bacon cheeseburger, fries, and pop and it was $17 before tip.

Yasmine and her crew were SO nice and work very hard. No one standing around. People cleaning, making food, greeting people. So nice to see.
