I used uber eats to deliver my food and my quesadilla had hair throughout. I called to get a replacement since I am at work for 12hours and the manager said that they would send another but I felt like their was disbelief in his tone as if I was making it up. So for proof I am uploading pictures. I love tropical smoothie otherwise and this was the first time I have ever had anything wrong.

Push their inconvenience costs onto you
I made an order by mistake at the wrong location, only way to cancel is by calling but none of them pick up the phone. When I finally got someone to pick up after 15-20 minutes of calling, they told me I would only get half my money back.
If this happens to you, I put in a ticket at their corporate website as soon as the situation started happening and hopefully will have it resolved this way.

Horrible experience. Ordered a wrap and a smoothie, and the wrap had plastic in it!!!! The manager gave a refund, but was horribly inconsiderate of the situation and acted like I was making it up, especially considering the amount of disease transference. Never going here again.

There was MOLD in my smoothie. I paid $19 for a cold wrap and a smoothie with MOLD in it. Quite literally sick to my stomach.

Good was good very busy place. Kale smoothie had to be remade there was no taste of ginger. Also, asked employee to fill Smmothie to the top of the glass. Good attitudes. Thanks

I eat tropical smoothie once a week. I love the franchise!!! This tropical smoothie though has a much slower service than normal.
They really skimp you on the food as far as the wraps go. Not to happy. There’s another one 10 minutes away that is way better

A nice place to get smoothies near the University of Michigan Campus. The staff is friendly and is willing to give you recommendations on what to buy if you are not sure about what to buy given your tastes and preferences. The staff was also patient with me when I needed some extra time to decide what to buy. The smoothies themselves are delicious.
