I was given a five dollar gift card, which didn't buy much. The portion sizes of the premade food in the display case was a joke. The interior felt cold and unwelcoming, I stood in a line for a couple of minutes before seeing a tiny sign saying it was the preorder line, an arrow pointing for me to the other end of the store. The parking is a nightmare, very limited and cramped, as it shares the lot with other businesses. I won't go back.

I’ve been to many stores in Michigan, and other states. This store is one of the best of them. This team understands customer service and does it well. Been going here for over 7 years now and I don’t mind spending my money here. Ghosh… it took me this long to write a review.

Matcha latte was so bitter and grainy definitely pretty sure they got the portion wrong way too much matcha. I could feel the texture in my mouth it was pretty bad.

Amazing service! We came here in solidarity for unionization efforts. The staff deserves it. They are hardworking and kind. We will only come back if the store unionizes successfully!

It's a popular spot in Ann Arbor. The parking is difficult and getting in and out of the complex can be challenging though. I don't know what it is but I really like this location and I pass two other locations on the way here from my house.
