I love visiting here. Everyone is always friendly & helpful. The creamery & bakehouse are in the same strip, you can buy freshly baked bread, cheese, cakes, coffee etc. There’s a large window in the coffee shop & the bakery to view the crew working in back, so you can take a look into the freshness being made.

If you get one coffee in Ann Arbor please come here and get Dirty Sheed. It is my favorite drink and I think about it all the time. You can never go wrong with anything Zingerman’s!

Tasty coffee choices. Lots of other gifts and treats as well. Friendly staff reasonable price.

The food at Zingerman's is always so delicious, never had anything I did not like. The person taking our order, behind the cash register, was so friendly and upbeat. Great experience! Tried a Bostok which I knew nothing about, and that is now a new fave! I did want to buy a t-shirt and inventory was low, so will have to try next time I go through Ann Arbor 🙂

I wanna give this 5 starts so bad. I come here at least once a week. The bread is unreal. The coffee is next level. Service is kind and speedy. But serving bagels untoasted with just one 4-slice toaster makes the experience slightly tinted. I find myself waiting in another line for an additional 5-10 minutes. Just buy a new toaster one more spice and watch business / customer satisfaction soar!
12/16/21 - update to 5 stars! They got a second 4-slice toaster!! Thank you.

Good coffee. Building has pretty much the lowest quality decor, cleanliness is minimal. The food was nearly inedible yet very expensive. We had a blueberry pie and the crust was so hard the plastic fork couldn’t penetrate it. They don’t heat it for you either, that’s your job as customer.

What was once a cool experience is now a tourist trap for visitors to Ann Arbor. I assume people who live in AA avoid zingermans at all cost unless an out of town friend requests to visit this location. The hype has drive sandwiches to $20 + not including a drink or tip.

One of the best mocha in town. I don't recommend spicy mocha though... unless you like the taste of regular mocha plus a teaspoon of pepper flakes.
