Mcdonald's

I've been there plenty of times. The food I ordered in the past was either cold or Luke warm. Today the food was hot and tasty. I remember the shakes one size not 3 sizes to choose from. My shake was good compared to its price in the past experiences I've been to. The young man who took my order was extremely pleasant and respectful. The crew they had there today was actually run by a manager who cares about customer satisfaction. I will go back there again and hopefully give a 5 star rating.

It's bad how you specifically ask for something and you get the opposite. I asked for the two cheeseburger meal with NO PICKLES. And yet they disregarded my order and gave me what they wanted to give me. This McDonald's is not so bad since being this not my first time stopping here. And I just left this establishment. So they only received 2 stars because the fries was hot for once around this time.

I honestly don't understand why someone can't get an order right. I'm not sure where the breakdown in communication was but I told the cashier no tomatoes twice and still ended up with 3! Then they have us wait so we could get cold sandwiches? The only saving grace was the cashier was nice and the fries were hot. If this was the first time at this particular McDonald's I could just write it off but they also previously asked my wife to wait while they got two apple pies, forgot about her, she went in 20 minutes later and they handed her cold apple pies with no apology or explanation.

Using the McDonald's app, I ordered the family dinner box, which I didn't even know existed, and it was fantastic!! The box itself comes with 2 big mac's, 2 cheeseburgers, 10 piece nugget and 4 fries all for $14.99, $16.04 after tax. You cannot beat that price, especially for the quantity of food received! Always a happy camper when it comes to McDonald's, then again it is my favorite fast food!!

The whole experience was awful! The staff are rude, down to the managers. Most of the store was full of people from drive thru complaining about the food. My nuggets(40ct) were so over cooked it was nothing burnt breader. After asked what kind of sauce, I had to wait for 17 minutes, and loudly complain before I was given 4 sauces! Then was rudely told after seeing my expression, extra sauce will cost you! I've never seen so many " managers" walk past a store full of people and act like they have been helped or they are busy. Just to go sit for 30 minutes waiting for interviews. Horrible experience, and this is almost every time I come here, and every time it's almost a whole new management team! Very rude. Then relieved none of our dri k ls and were made to wait again. After 34 minutes we had everything and were over the whole thing and no longer wanted to eat!

Went to dt said i have 2 seperate orders. Gave my sandwich code and order told to go to 1st window. Then told them we Paid for mobile order gave the code at the box. Told to pull foward. Paid for 1st order and wS told to pull to 2nd window. Then the woman at the window gave our first order. Then we said about mobile order. She kept and attitude saying she doesn't have a drawer at the window she is at. Our order was paid for and was told to go to the 2nd window for the mobile order. Food was ready and she was very rude and automatically acting extremely frustrated and argumentative while we were trying to explain to her. She repeated about the drawer 3 or 4 times. I dont know what that had to do with anything when the code is showing paid. The food is ready and you're talking about a drawer. You didn't have to ring up or receive/exchange money.
