Mcdonald's

Unfortunately this was by far the worst visit I've ever had at any McDonalds. The ordering was difficult for them to get right, to having to ask for 3 separate items that they did not give us that we payed for. However the worst part of the whole deal is that the fries were cold and soggy, chicken nuggets were very chewy and the hamburger wasn't even cooked and raw in the middle with a stale bun! For the amount of money this establishment has raised their prices it is just disgusting and unacceptable. I will not be going back to a McDonalds any time soon.

I'm only giving one star due to the fact I've reported it to the restaurant a few times before making my postings. I've ordered various different meals from this location and many others (kids) and I've consistently from this location have gotten less than a half full order of fries. I understand how the scooper works and it would seem as if they are not doing the full size scoops. I've noticed this on my meals various different times

If only I could give a BIG FAT ZERO stars. This was by far the WORST McDonald's experience ever. Not only did it take 15 minutes to receive two McDoubles, two McChickens and some fries @ approximately 1:45pm. The food was cold. ALL OF THE FOOD. I know businesses are hurting for employees during this strange time we live in but that was simply not the case. There were more than enough employees working at the time. The problem was, all of the employees were just standing around. No one knew what to do. There were at least 15 Shamrock ☘️ shakes just sitting on the counter. No one knew where they belonged. I'm glad I didn't order one of those by the way. There were customers waiting just as long as I was. Everyone was wondering where the heck their food was. A terrible, terrible experience. I ended up just asking for a refund as the food was not edible at the time my family received it. I never have high expectations for McDonald's, but my kids like it for whatever reason so I gave it a shot and what do you know, a waste of time and none of us were able to eat. Ended up going somewhere else for an early dinner.

I’ve been here 2 times in the last week. once shame on you, twice shame on me. It’s the slowest McDonald’s I’ve been to. I get it, there a lack of employees, but geez, when the app says 5 minutes and it’s 20+ minutes and I’m still sitting here. Just talked to a worker who had no idea my order was in. I’d leave if they didn’t already have my payment. And the first time 2 cars in front of me left before they could pay. Gotta remember this and just go to subway or even the sit down restaurants near by have got to be faster with to go orders that this place…. I’d 2nd guess coming here….. surely isn’t fast food these days…. This coming from someone who never leaves review….

I ordered for food for myself, girlfriend and our son on the machine. I literally waited more than 15 minutes for the order. I honestly will never come back to the place ever again with my family. I counted 5 people including in the drive-thru leaving after waiting so long. This is so pathetic that for us paying customers to wait this long.And to make things even worse, when we finally got the order, fries were cold, my girlfriend’s chicken sandwich wasn’t fully cooked. The lobby was so dirty. A employee told us customers to help ourselves to get what we needed in the lobby if they were out of stuff.

- Routinely long drive-thru waits (20+ mins) - Unqualified and unprofessional - Raw meats, cold fries, stale buns - Frap machine always down - Come here if you want a painful experience + Exception would be three senior employees who’ve been there a long time and are A+ Today (no exaggeration) at the pay window a guy was smacking on a chicken bone with greasy fingers, said not a word to me during transaction (6:29pm 4/17/22 watch camera) and the food window yells to her boss, “This guy claims he had something else in his order…!” Unfortunately this McDonalds has gone way downhill over the last year. It’s now routinely a total disaster. Used to be my go-to spot but now I drive an extra 10 min to the next closest just to avoid the hassle and frustration.
