Timbuktu

I remember going when I was younger and walking away feeling like we got a great meal. Tonight was not the same feeling. We ordered burgers and a pizza. The pizza was definitely a frozen pizza from a store, which is not what we expected. The burger was good but the grilled onions were less than desirable as I could not eat through them, so had to pull off the burger. The fries were ok if you enjoy crinkle cut fries. They handled our party well and food came out quickly. Cash or check only.

I shared an afternoon with a great friend here last week. This friend I met 40 + years ago. Lois, her name, and I have stayed in contact over the years. Not as well as we could've, should've; but the fact is we just are, still friends. We came to Timbuktu because it's a bar we both remember coming to years ago. I have to say; it's still the same after all these years. The gal tending bar (I am SO SORRY) I don't remember her name. But she is great. They've got a pool table in there, a video game or three. The ambiance is awesome. Your typical 'hole in the wall' .... I can't explain what you'll see in this place; but besides the inside, check out the outside (on the patio) as well. There's quite the view there too. The arangatang is PERFECT for taking pictures with your forever BEST friend. Thank you Timbuktu and THANK YOU Lois for hanging out with me for the afternoon at our favorite bar in our favorite new hang out! We will be back!

I just walked in this nice establishment and am amazed already, nice atmosphere, good looking bartender and waitress, I order the Timbuktu original I'm waiting on it and I'll let you know in my review after I eat. WoW 😳 and WoW yes 110% would I recommend this place I know I'm definitely coming back.

I've been coming to Timbuktu for a couple decades now. Listen up, when you are ready for a greasy cheeseburger and great onion rings, come here! I think they still have that cash only policy so subtract the fifth star. Bitcoin definitely not accepted here, lol. Good people, good service and gut bustin' burgers.
