To be honest this guy named Pete works at this location and he will make you feel terrible for whatever sandwich you create. If Pete isn't there, then this location is awesome. Always clean and staff is usually very friendly (again. Except Pete. I cannot stress this enough).

Helpful, attentive, pleasant folks behind the counter -- exactly what I've come to expect at Subway! Hand cleansing plus gloves -- YES🤩! I'll make it a point to patronize this location again. PS: The "fresh" offering of Foot-Long Pro is brilliant.

No masks worn, horrible service, took out veggies we wanted after they wrapped our sandwiches, swore at my daughter when she did not understand the payment system. Not happy at all. You can tell one guy was just new but the other guy was very rude.

It's my fault for going so late, but one of the sandwich artists, Aaron, had a huge chip on his shoulder about people walking in at 8:30-8:50. He didn't make the sandwiches the way I wanted because they didn't want to open a fresh pan of tomatoes or lettuce.
And I'm pretty sure the wrap I ate was going bad. The date on the package said dispose by the 23rd. That's three days before I got my sandwich.
Other than that, place is clean, the workers wear their masks, and the meat is tasty.

Worst subway ever. Go in to make a quick pick up as subway is pretty quick. I stand in line for almost 5 min! Only 1 person ahead of me and one person behind me. Finally another worker comes to serve me. No wheat bread! Moves so slow then pours about 3 tablespoons of salt on my sandwich. Meanwhile the lady behind me is getting served and leaves with her order before I even get to the register! 5 workers are in the store! 2 were just standing around doing nothing! Unbelieveable!! Who trains these people? Ruined my lunch! Never go back there again! Poor poor poor service. Slow, uncaring, unattentive and laxidaisy attitude! Not impressed. My son worked at subway and this type of service would never be seen in his store.

The app never showed that our order was placed. Upon arrival found our order waiting for us with the special requests had been made. Perfect 👌

I am concerned that Subway at 8920 Old Seward Hwy, unit A was serving a gentleman who was not wearing a mask today. I offered him a new mask and he refused my offer. I am high risk due to age and underlying conditions; it is disheartening to have this kind of interaction. I will not be patronizing Subway in the future.
