The cinnamon rolls are TO DIE FOR. Soo good 10/10

They just reopened this one and I'm less than stoked. I eat here before and after every flight and I fly alot. The guy at the counter was to caught up telling his friend how bad management was doing and complaining about them doing inventory than taking my order. Once it was made I told him I only needed a fork and he rolled his eye and told me I would need one. I told him I have had plenty and didn't need one. I wish I would of video taped this soft perfect roll being eaten with only a fork so he could see. I won't be back.

July 22nd 2019 visited around 11pm and as late as it was we were greeted with a warm smile and eager worker named Mickinzi she was so nice and beautiful smile. After such a terrible day I had she sure brightened my day with such fresh and delicious rolls YUMMY!!!!

They had one person work both area. When I try to order a tropical blast the person said she cannot, because she is the only one working. Then I ordered a cinistick and watch her pull out the old ones and reheated it up In a microwave.

I would rate this lower if I could, the staff member is not only rude he's a moron. Then after waiting blatantly let someone order after he finally showed up after 10 minutes, made the food improperly for my buddy without mention they are out of the ingredients.

I asked employee if brownies were good employee stated they were old I decided to go with a cinnamon roll and it was disgusting. My assumption is it was old #Yuck I assumed they were freshly baked I guess not!

Even tho it says you are open. You are NOT!! Maybe update your hours so we dont rely on you being open. I would have got orders last night if I knew you would be closed at 7 AM!!

I love Cinnabon. The staff is always very nice. They have plenty of options to choose from I go here every time I'm at the airport.
