Made an online order for two sandwiches, one foot long and one six inch, they gave me three six inches all made the same. Two of the three sandwiches weren’t even sealed properly. Make sure to double check everything before drive away.

I am writing this from the drive through. I have been in this line for a half hour. There is one car ahead of me. Is anyone in the building? Should I just ramp the curb and go home?
This is a regular occurrence. The food is fine but if this goes any slower I’m just gonna walk in and make it myself.

Iam So Greatful on How The Shift Manager At This location (Michelle I think) treated me so kind, was so precise and just so great I can't Express how she made me feel 😊.I work in the medical field and I work long hard hours and I'm so exhausted all the time.... 2 days ago at the other Subway the one by Walmart on diamond. treated me like garbage I was so upset how the man talked to me like I was an idiot. I'm never going there again but I'm very grateful for this Dowling Subway. Thumbs up.

We got dinner from the drive thro the 1st female was really customer service oriented but she forgot to give us 1 drink. We went to a park to eat and play and noticed the drink was missing, so I called and told the guy worker about it and he said "What do you want me to do about it?" Well we went back after eating and playing (money is money) and told the shift supervisor she apologize and gave us the drink and cookies on the house.
Well my daughter got and email w another apology and coupons for our next time.
If the guy said "Well we close at 10 pm" or something of the sort would have been better. My daughter used to work at Subway so she knows the ropes of what was going to happen. Just hope our next visit will be better.

Quick and friendly service. I have difficulty deciding amongst all the different choices presented, but the employees are always patient with me. The sandwiches are delicious and beautifully made. They really are SANDWICH ARTISTS.
