I pre-ordered and picked up inside, it was all ready in a few minutes. The lady behind the counter was the nicest I've encountered. The place is always clean and they do keep out people who aren't customers so that customers have a safe dining experience.

Jack in the Box is a love it or not type restaurant. Of all fast food restaurants, I find this chain to have good fast food. Their food is acceptable to me in comparison to all other fast food, with the exception of In N Out. If you order a burger, ask for Jack secret sauce. Not applied on burgers but it's tasty.

Did drive thru one time. They didn't mess up my order. It's fast food so set your expectations accordingly. Staff was friendly and fast.

Best breakfast sandwich, imo, than any other day food chain. My kid said the chicken sandwich was awesome too.
We actually just went through the drive thru, but the service was great. The outside appearance was very clean, so I would assume the inside was clean as well.
