I have been to many different Taco Bells and this was unfortunately the dirtiest one I have seen. Flies were buzzing around the eating area and the floor desperately needed to be mopped. Litter was also present on the floor in multiple places. The service itself was excellent, in fact the employees were more friendly at this location than at any other Taco Bell I have been too. Cleanliness is more important than friendliness which is why I rated 2 stars overall.

How does this place stay in business? I mean you can't really expect much from fast food joints, I get it, but it seems that the employees are all on the same page of "who cares, this is fast food, customers can't expect much", but when I walk in to order and have to stand there for sometimes five minutes for my order to be taken every single time I come in, its just the norm. I don't get it. I've been to plenty of other taco bell/KFC chains and this is by far the worst.

I have gone here a couple times just because I like Taco Bell, and KFC but this location is horrible. The food always tastes bad for some reason. Tonight we waited over 20 minutes in the drive thru which had a line of about 4-5 cars. I understood the wait and didn't mind since the person taking the order was nice enough, but once we received out food we noticed everything was WAY over cooked, my chicken was almost rock hard, the hot wings were beyond dry and my wedges were cooked to basically chips. Then about an hour later my stomach started to hurt. Also, I have only been able to get Baja Blast 1 time from every time I went because they are sold out..

Two stars is generous but only because our food was at least warm. Orders where made incorrectly , I didn’t even get a fork to eat my food with. Lady at the drive through was so not thrilled about her job. Worst customer service ever and never have I been so rushed in a fast food line!

Dinning room was closed at lunch time??? Why why why? Only three people working in the whole establishment. Should give those employees a bonus a raise and a praise, I ordered for six fellow coworkers who wouldn't be happy if I came back with messed up food. The gals got the order perfect very impressive considering. Thanks to them shame on the owners need to get it together

The nastiest and dirtiest fast food I have ever been to. People who worked there were nice, which is the only positive thing I can say. Garbage on floor, all but a few tables were dirty, and there was no one sitting down! As we ate in the car outside the store, an employee drove around their drive-thru at least a dozen times. How is this place still running?

We stopped in for a quick bite to eat because we had somewhere needed to be soon.. We walk inside where its empty, we order, and it took them 15 min to get is our order out to us! There were several people behind the counter so they werent short staffed... as we were eating one of the workers family came in while she was on her break.. she ordered and they got there food super quick... the bathrooms were not well designed and gross. We will never go back to this taco bell... 😖

Taco Bell in general has good customer sevice and a pleasant atmosphere. This taco bell is unfortunately lacking in both departments. I personally have had 3 poor experiences at this particular Taco Bell. The staff seem drained, unappreciated, and uninterested. The manager seem overworked and strained. Awkward is a good word to describe the Taco Bell. Id go to the Burlington Taco Bell just to avoid it. 2 stars because at least the food is consistent
