Great Anacortes Jack in the Box, still not as good as Fidalgo Drive-In ;) but good competition is good for us customers. Always grab the Sourdough Jack with no Tomatoes and a couple of tacos with no lettuce.

I am saying 5 stars because this store is trying hard to recover after a rough time with staffing. The fish sandwich is pretty good 👍

ordered the Bacon Ultimate combo w/ bacon cheddar fries, an Oreo shake and chocolate cake for dessert. got all the way home just to find out they didn't put the bacon on the sandwich even though bacon is the first word in it's title. no problem let me call and straighten it out. called and no answer. great now I get to miss more of this game just to go get what I had already paid for. get down there and the girl working tried her best to replace ONLY the sandwich because "there was nothing wrong with the fries"!!! are you kidding me? I paid $18.02 (I could have went to Anthony's and had a Kobe beef burger for $15!!!) so I could eat fresh fries with a fresh correctly made burger. I have drivin these fries home and back down here and you expect me to keep them and eat them??? it's already bad enough I've wasted personal time and fuel to get what is rightfully mine, now I have to argue with your employee about it?!? absolutely horrible customer service that I wouldn't expect anywhere let a lone in Anacortes!!! I am absolutely disgusted, two thumbs down!!!

My order was served hot and tasted delicious. Process was a little slow but a sign was posted stating only two employees were working at the time of my visit.

The service through the drive thru is slow no matter if it's noon or midnight...Now while the food is decent and my order is pretty much always correct this sure ain't "fast" food. And why is it no matter who's working the drive thru window they look bored?

Ate here about 3 weeks when my brother and I were touring around the town! I got the chicken burger with fries and drink and all I can say is YAHOO! The best burger I've had and it was my first time going to a Jack In A Box!
The prices are Reasonable also!

Great value for the price. As thick as advertised but still drinkable through the straw which i like. Added whipped cream and cherry is a nice touch. Flavor was a bit artificial but no worse than i would expect from any fast food chain.
