The food was all right I’m not even going to lie. The service was good up until I had to come through the drive-through and actually get out of my car to come inside and get my meal what’s the point of going through the drive-through if you have to come inside anyway

Always a good experience. Food is hot place is clean and service is great.
The food was very hot and freshly made. All of the food remained hot even after we got home 20 minutes later. The cashier was very friendly and gave us extra napkins, which was nice. For the price, you can't beat it if you need something quick for dinner.

I think it is ok, but it is even less food than before, I request 3 pieces dark but it looked like the 2 pieces meal... the food was ok, but the biscuit is not like before... I think here like in other fast food restaurants, or in general, they got the excise to increase the price but diminished the quality, I believe this is what they call "balance" the market...
With this prices I prefer going to other restaurants and get better quality food for a little more price...
Honestly was not sure how I would like the beyond meat chicken. However, KFC really outdid themselves. If you're on the fence about trying these, this is your sign to do it now! These nuggets were absolutely delicious. They have a great texture and are seasoned to perfection. All vegans will be happy to know the meal is fully vegan as it comes with the vegan nuggets,a side of fries, and a drink. Unlike BK's impossible whopper which you have to make vegan by asking for no cheese. This was a slam dunk and I hope KFC keeps this as a permanent part of their menu.
P.s. the staff seemed a little confused when ordering so just be patient with them.
I was freezing last week I couldn't focus on what to order, am not sure if the turn the AC up a bit by now, but my server was funny and professional so that makes me feel comfortable.
