Salad Station

Haven't been to this location in a few years. Usually visit the one in Hammond, where I've never had a bad experience. Disappointed in the quality of food. Not much lettuce, and wasn't fresh, found a piece of plastic in the broccoli strands, everything was sitting there for quite sometime without being rotated or stirred, visually you can see the discoloration. There were no selection of to go containers but one and it was a small bowl. There were only 2 size bowls to choose from and the smaller one is the one that had lids. Tried to get the new limited time lemonade drinks, both, both were out. Black pepper by the register was empty. Only one employee working, she was sweet and attentive. Seems to be too much to maintain for one person. There were only 2 other customers in there, they were together. Went about 3:30pm, so lunch hour rush was over at that point. Which would give someone time to refill and maintain the bar & drinks. Not sure what's happened to this place. Seems like alot of places I've been the last year, quality of food has gone downhill tremendouslySad really. .

I think I've died and gone to Keto heaven!!! This place is not budget friendly but definitely the place to be if you're looking for keto food. The only diet drinks are Diet Coke, unsweetened tea and Diet Lemonade. The Diet Lemonade is made using freshly squeezed lemons plus Crystal Light. My husband and I got 2 of the large wooden salad bowls full of yummy deliciousness. Add 2 drinks and it was around $55!!!! You pay by the weight. Obviously, these are super large salads and we'll have leftovers. That helps offset the cost.....a little. I would still recommend this place to my fellow ketoers!

The salad bar offerings are fresh and delicious, as well as having a great variety to choose from. And it's not just salad! Soups, baked potatoes, fruit and I've seen spaghetti a few times. The only drawback is that you can spend a lot more than you think. Everything is weighed, with pricing per pound. Worth it though!!
