Quickway Poboy's

I don’t usually give five stars to a gas station restaurant. But this is good. I got the oyster po boy . If there was such a thing as to many oysters on a po boy this would be it . The batter was crispy but the middle was not over done. My wife got the muffuletta. It was good as well . The Cajun roast beef that my son had was on its way to prefect as well .

1st off CLEAN the main area, the kitchen, the dinning area and the restrooms. I mean clean, not just run a mop over the floors clean, they really CLEAN the whole place. Everyone in the place is friendly, nice and smiling. The shimp po boy is one of the best you will find, the shrimp is plump and juicy and breaded to perfection and then fried perfectly. The veggies are fresh and crisp and the bread is a good French bread! All of this is wrapped up in the guise of a gas station!

I had the most pleasant experience ever at a gas station. The lady that waited on me was so nice and polite. I observed her interact with several costumes while I waited on my food, she treated everyone like they were the most important person in the world. I will be back. Oh, and the food was hot, fresh, and juicy, delicious!!!
