Wonderful service. Running late kind of a Monday, my daughter places an order for Tim's around the corner (or so she thought), got there, they don't know my name and tell me get out of line and check your phone. Drive to this location. It wasn't them either but they fixed it and filled the order. Excellent customer service. Told Everyone!

DO NOT GIVE THIS PLACE A DIME OF YOUR MONEY!
First of all, they have never gotten the drive thru order correct on the first try.
But we would still go because it is 2 miles closer than the next Tim Hortons. Then one day the incredibly rude drive thru lady yelled at my wife when she simply said how she was given the wrong Timbits.
My 3 year old daughter (who was in the back seat) talked all day about how mom was yelled at.
This place has the worst service, the worst staff, and the worst food of any Tim Hortons I’ve ever been to. And I’ve been to so many amazing Tim Hortons almost daily for 20 years!

Too many strikes! Afternoon crew is bad at customer service, denied a free 7th coffee because the program switched, I didn't earn a free coffee in a week it was about 3 or 4 weeks, associates played the "it won't let me" card. * 6 coffees at $2.50 +/- I still was charged the extra $ for a caramel shot when I did get a free one. Location has been sliding downward last couple years.
Its time to visit another shop and I don't mean a timmies down the road as it could be the same cheap owner.

Very dissatisfied, rarely have the donuts you want in stock, a business that calls itself a donut shop should at least make sure they have a decent variety of donuts. So prepare to be disappointed, or better yet just drive on by.

This specific location will do anything to save money. They serve food that has been overcooked, watered down drinks, and food that has sat out too long (Stale). I thought Tim Hortons had quality standards, apparently this store does not follow them.

I went there 2 DAYS in a row at around 3pm they didn't have any chili prepared, do they make it from scratch or are they too lazy to get it ready for the customers. I would have asked the two girls behind the counter but they were busy b.s.ing. The poor guy had to stop his stocking job to wait on me. They are not winning me over to the idea of $15 an hour with this type of service. At least the" indentured servants" as one commenter wrote had a better work ethic. BTW I think that was a terrible way to describe them, these employees are working to provide for their families just like we all are.
