Each and every time we visit a Five Guys the experience is spot on. They have fast and friendly service, always ask if we want anything extra. 🍟🥤
The burgers are consistent in taste 👅, when done always want another one.
My favorite is a hamburger with lettuce, Mayo, ketchup, and pickles. 🍔
I highly recommend finishing with one of their Five Guys Milkshakes. The peanut butter one, YUMMY 😋

Just picked a lunch order during the busiest time I have ever seen there. The lady who was the owner or manager could have been teaching a class on customer service and the crew that was working with her were like soldiers driving the charge through the rush. Complete example of "never let them see you sweat" on display! After working in customer service for 25 plus years I was in awe! Great job and great food!

Milkshake was really good, burger was good but nothing special. My kid liked the fries but I didn't so it depends on what you like. They weren't crispy and not very soft in the center.

Went there for a burger. Ordered the mini bacon cheese burger with grilled onions and BBQ sauce. They gave ma a burger with about a teaspoon of sauce and a few onions. The bacon was old and dry and crumbled. Got small fries and small fountain drink. Over $15 bucks. If you want me to pay this much then you better give me more and better qualiy than this.

I ordered via phone a 2 littel burgers yesterday. The woman asked back cheesburger? No, simple littel burgers no cheese. I asked for lettuce tomato onions, mushrooms, ketchup mayo. Giess what? Additional pickles where in the burger which I hate, even not on the order bill. Good burgers but this attitude sad to experience at a take away.

I love my cheat days at Five Guys! Got a milkshake on my last visit. Yum! I was surprised when I looked at the menu for the milkshake add -ins! Customize the you want, with bacon as one of the options! Yep, bacon! I did not get the bacon, got the Oreo! YUM!!

Consistently great burgers, and at this moment in time McDonald's prices have risen to almost match Five Guys, but Five Guys has much better burgers, always friendly staff, clean dining area and bathrooms, and somehow faster service than most fast food in Buffalo.
