I’ve been here countless times and it never disappoints! Awesome food! My sister lives in Milan and the only place I’ve had bolangese that tastes like it does in Italy is here! I just wish it was a regular menu item. Compliments to the chef!!!!!

My husband and I enjoyed a fabulous dinner for an early 44th anniversary treat last night. I had the lobster carbonara which was amazing. My husband had the lamb pappardelle special which he absolutely loved. The macaroni in both dishes was cooked perfectly al dente and the seasonings were out of this world. Thanks to our server, Jim, and all the cooks and staff who worked behind the scenes to prepare our delicious meals and make our experience there a memorable one.

It was very good! I had the Siena salad (greens, pears, Gorgonzola cheese, etc) which was very tasty. I also had a ribeye pork, excellent. The bread given to us (my husband and I) was very fresh and tasty. Finally, I had a tiramisu, very yummy. My husband had carciofi salad, he loved it. He also had the lamb with some sort of blueberry sauce which he loved. We are coming back to try other thing :) It is not cheap, but it is money well spent.

Excellent. Need I say more? We started with numerous apps for the table. The mussels and the oysters were terrific. Very clean no grit. The fried calamari and stuffed hot peppers were also good. I had the tomahawk ribeye but had them prepare it in the hot cherry pepper style and it was awesome. My only complaint was the service. It wasn't bad service but it wasn't great. Although the restaurant was crowded. All in all a great dining experience and I would strongly recommend you try it.

Wood Fired Pizza. Suburban Italian restaurant that is packed every day of the week. Same owners as 800 Maple and Rocco's. When the weather is nice dine on their front patio. They have a nice wine list and the bartenders and wait staff recommend good bottles to pair with your food. Strayed away from my usual meatball salad and got an asparagus salad special that was warmed in the wood fired oven. Would not think I would like a warm salad but it was great. We had a antipasto tray with vegetables and meats. Also had a pasta special with fresh vegetables and San Marzano tomatoes to make the sauce. Was not too heavy of a pasta choice on a warm night. Other diners got a pizza with pesto and shrimp on it and the fish soup. They have many wood fired pizzas to choose from and they are all very good. Big enough to share or to take home. All dinners come with different types of bread and a tall metal olive oil and vinegar holder.

Head chef, Jennifer Marabella, is outstanding. The menu has so many exceptional dishes to offer. I love going to Siena - the seafood is always cooked to perfection. I order whatever seafood they have on special and I am always satisfied. I have been going here for years and it honestly keeps getting better. This is a great place to take "out of towners" or to go for a romantic night out.

Just What I Needed.. After a long night of restaurant hopping around Buffalo with my wife, having many poor experiences, we finally decided to stop at Siena by recommendation of our hotel. As we entered we were cheerfully greeted by the maitre d' and opted to enjoy a drink at the bar. Pleasantly greeted by the bartender Joey, my wife and I enjoy a glass of suggested a suggested Cabernet. A bit on the pricier side, but well worth it in quality. As we sat down we were promptly greeted by a busser offering bottled water, Pelligrino or Panna. Soon after, our server Sue approached us and took our drink orders. Shortly after, she arrived with the drinks and recited specials. After a few questions in which she responded to very politely, we ordered a Classico pizza from the woodburning oven. With delicious fresh mozzerella, we could not have asked for a more suitable appetizer. For our entree, my wife ordered the Grouper special, and I went for their signature dish, osso bucco. As osso bucco is a timely dish to prepare, we expected to wait a while for our food, but did not mind. After ordering we were quickly given an assortment of bread and a plate of cheese and olives. This wait for the food was made pleasant by our server, frequently checking in on us, however not being too intrusive. Our meals arrived and at first glance we were very impressed. The presentation of the meal was innovative and thoughtful, while still being functional. As i took my first bite of osso bucco, i knew we had come to the right place. Falling of the bone served in a veal stock broth, i found myself licking the plate. My wife's grouper was cooked to perfection, and she even ate the vegetables (which she normally does not do). Full from dinner, we chose not to get dessert but just coffee and espresso instead. Even the bus boy who served us was attentive, friendly and polite. Overall this experience was one of the finest i've had in Buffalo, and i know next time i come here, Siena will be first on my list of places to eat.

A great choice. Great food and great service. Decor is clean and relaxing. Interesting menu that changes often. Nice specials. Inexpensive eats from the wood burning oven (gourmet pizza) or a bit more expensive mix of well prepared entrees. One of my favorite restaurants.

Siena in Snyder has been around for more than a decade - perhaps closer to two. I've had many great meals there over the years. The menu and restaurant are inspired by the town of Siena  in Toscana. The restaurant serves "Italian contemporary food" and is still doing it well after many years in business.

Siena Restaurant is a thriving contemporary Italian restaurant in the hamlet of Snyder. Locals and regulars rave about the food and the service. From the street it isn’t overly impressive, and parking is sometimes a challenge, but not as hard as the crowded lot would indicate. Inside you’ll find a lovely interior decorated in warm colors with wine bottle displays, white paper table tops, and cooper finish here and there. They don’t take reservations for parties smaller than eight, so you might plan to have a pre-dinner drink in their cheerful bar space. Seems to me that Siena gets left out of the “premier” restaurant discussion here in WNY.  Maybe it’s a little casual, maybe it’s a little clubby, maybe it’s too much of a neighborhood joint. Whatever the reason I’d say some western New Yorkers are missing out, although based on the regular crowds maybe not many. Siena was one of the first in the north towns to add a wood-fired brick oven. Regulars love the pizza. They have several t
