Insomnia Cookies

This store was one of those places that I knew existed for a while and really wanted to try, but just never got around to it until just now. If you're looking for a solid, can't complain kinda, cookie, then you're in luck because that's exactly what they sell! They have a great assortment of cookies, and the ability to pick different cookies for each half of a sandwich is simple, yet novel. Their frosting sandwiches left a little bit to be desired. If you are coming from somewhere with really amazing cookie-sandwiches like I was, you may be a little disappointing but at the end of the day it's still too cookies and frosting; It's gonna be a good time no matter what. I can't truly attest to the ice cream sandwiches as they are currently not making them in-store for health and safety reasons - They give you a scoop of ice cream in a cup and two cookies and send you on your way. In this regard they were also disappointing, but I understand and believe at any other time they would be much more enjoyable. As far as cost goes, it is very reasonable if you pick your order up. Delivery is pricey, especially if your order is small. I would happily pay the delivery fee on 2-dozen cookies or more. anything less and the benefit of delivery is outweighed by the cost.

Finally got to Insomina Cookies today, I got 2 cookies, one was a triple chocolate, and the other was a peanut butter cookie, both together ran about $5 dollars. They were warm and moist and most delicious! Thus store also offers Ice Cream too. Due to the prices though, Ill probably wait for special occasions to get these excelkent cookies. No free wifi, limited seating, didnt see a bike rack, clean restroom, fast friendly service! 6.00 delivery fee in area in photo

Their deluxe confetti cookie is really good. Have not been impressed with any others. Tonight I tried their delivery service for the first time. They got my order wrong. Now they refuse to answer the phone. Horrible customer service. I won't be spending money there anymore. I highly suggest if you want to try their product to go in person so you can check that your order is correct so you don't get ripped off.

They charged my card almost 50 dollars without putting my order through. I went into the store to show them the charge and they did absolutely nothing about it but send me home without a refund or my order telling me that they would call customer service and then give me a call back later that night which never happened. Horrible customer service and horrible employee crisis control. The manager is very inefficient resolving customer issues and complaints. I’ll never order from this store again and I encourage others to think twice before doing so.
