1 out of 3 times my order is wrong and it's just 1 value meal. and today sat in drive threw for 10 min menu was lit up says they are open on Google it was 620am called and they said they open at 7. whoever made the call to open at 7 should be fired. most shifts for business start at 7 so why wouldn't you be open to get the business of people on there way to work. bad marketing if you ask me. also hours were not posted on the doors or at drive up.

I normally don’t review or rate fast food places (I try to avoid them altogether), but I feel the need to say something about the following: The receipt we got says: “Rate us HIGHLY SATISFIED and receive BOGO Quarter Pounder or Egg McMuffin.” That seems like a flat out bribe or quid pro quo situation. So you’re asking your customers to potentially lie about the true quality of their experience just for some free food? Why not ask for a genuine evaluation and still give the free food to those who want it? Is the food and service that bad that you feel the need to manipulate your customers into giving you a favorable rating?

Food has always been decent when ordering & nothing has ever been to badly messed up when we have a large order for a family of 6...but I can’t just get past the the rude ‘I hate my job’ attitude manager with short hair & glasses that works in the morning. If you’re miserable-simply go work somewhere where you aren’t around people. 🙄
