Came in the front door and was greeted. We had the meet ball marinara and sit subway club. They were both toasted and fixed our way so they hit the spot. Restrooms were clean. Lobby was very clean. Staff was nice.

I came in right before lunch and got two foot longs. Soon the store got very busy and the employees and manager worked hard to take care of everyone….and they did it with a good attitude. Our sandwiches were great and the store was so clean, which is super important to me.

I have been eating at Subway for thirty years. Despite some of the negative reviews on this particular location, I find no fault with it. The workers are mostly made up of teenagers trying to do their best. They do a great job in my opinion. On the contrary, I was having problems redeeming a $5 online gift card for Subway, and they were very tech saavy and helpful and patient in taking the time to help me redeem it. The quality of the food is the same as every other Subway I have ever been to. The consistency is the thing I like about it. I always know what I'm going to get. The new menu is great, especially the Parmesan Vinegarette. Thanks Subway!

I love Subway. Unfortunately this last time I went, they put such little meat and veggies on that some sections were bare bread and I had to keep asking for more of everything, then they charged me for double meat just to get enough meat to not leave sections without any. In the end the food was great. They just need to get consistent on getting a good amount in!

I hadn't been to Subway in probably a year. I actually prefer the old menu. As I pulled up to the drive-thru I asked if they still have the teriyaki beef sub and the man said yes we do so I placed my order received it, drove away and went home. When I opened the sandwich I had a turkey with no cheese, not a toasted beef teriyaki with provolone. I wish I had called immediately so that I could have been compensated somehow but I didn't.

Absolutely the cleanest, best Subway I've ever been to! The bread is actually cooked right and looks like the picture they have at every Subway! The vegetables are fresh at any time I arrive. Good customer service and an overall great quality place to eat! Love it!

Had the subway melt and it was really good!! Me and my husband loved it! We went to the subway in Pleasant Grove and it was really clean and the worker was really nice and friendly even though he had an unexpected busy night and was the only one there!

Subway is my go to restaurant when I need more veggies in my life. I pile my sandwiches high with all the veggies. This time I got the American Club with Turkey, Ham and Bacon. Toasted it and it was delicious! This store in American Fork is always clean and the staff are always super friendly. It took about 5 minutes from start to finish and they were even a little busy.
