Beware to dark roast drinkers - don't go after 5pm. Staff at night is different and doesn't know their coffee options very well. I was told one time that they don't have dark roast coffee (midnight; not that it was not made but they do not serve at all) and just tonight I was told that midnight coffee is regular coffee with a shot of espresso (so my free coffee was now more b/c of espresso shot). I only drink dark roast so very familiar with what it should be and get it in the mornings with no issue. Just a reminder not to go at night to myself.

I go here everyday. The people are very nice and the service is good. There packed monday-friday between 7:30-9am and there are only three people that run the coffee shop. So be patient

Even though this is the closest Dunkin to my house I will drive out of my way to avoid it. Very slow service and not great quality.

The slowest dunkin u will ever go too, very nice staff but they will take ur order and then make your drink themselves instead of having one person do each thing. Ridiculous

I pay for extra cream cheese. I have to wxplain myself over and over and explain I don't mind paying tio get extra. Why do I never get what I ask for and what I pay for. It can't possibly be that hard
