Was rudely informed at the drive through that they were only taking online orders. No problem, we order on the app and hop back in line. At the window we’re told 4 minutes, our one pizza is in the oven. Great! We wait 10+ minutes, hearing the employees laughing and playing around inside/prioritizing closing their lines up an hour before they close. Won’t be coming back to this location

We ordered 3 thin and crispy pepperoni and none was even sliced...we waited about 30 mn when they stated only gonna take 15mn.

Ordered online so I could get a fresh pizza, not a Hot & Ready. Picked it up and when I got it home it was obvious it had been sitting under a heat lamp for several hours. The bottom of the box was completely soaked through with grease. That doesn't happen in 20 minutes. The thin crust was soggy and tough and the toppings were totally dried out. Took one bite, spit it out, and threw the whole thing in the trash. They are pawning off old pizzas on unsuspecting customers. A generic store-brand frozen pizza would have been edible at least. Wish I could give ZERO stars because the employees apparently give ZERO ****'*. Never again.

Ordered a pizza online and paid when we went to go pick it up, they called us 2 minutes before arrival saying that they don't have the pizza we ordered and wouldn't be able to make us a new one or refund our money. They gave us a stupid customer service number to call. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!

The quality of this location as severally gone down. It seems like the staff dont even care. Pizza is overcook, breadsticks are over cooked.....I guess if I ever need croutons, I'll just order breadsticks from here.

I went here on my 30 minute lunch break to get food for my team. I ordered 1 medium pizza and the guy told me it was only going to be a 10 minute wait. I waited for 20 minute and went back in to see how much longer and they told me that the pizza got messed up due to a new employee. They said it'd be 5 more minutes. I waited for 10, already late back to work and walked in to see where my pizza was and the guy said "oh yeah, sorry. It's right here." Not only was I late back to work, but my pizza was cold.

Last 2 times I've gone pizza was cold the crazy bread was hard and over cooked ..I called and mgr was not there ...so I went to store and again mgr was not there ..there was no way get my pizza replaced
