Ordered 2 double bacon cheeseburger & 1 of them was supposed to dry and they BOTH had way too much mayo and one of them looks seriously drenched in them. Yall are so sad, sending something this out

Employees are friendly and great about getting your order out in a timely manner whether you order in app or at the menu board. Has always been great each time I visit in prompt service and friendly smiling employee. They are great to insure your order is correct and you have everything from condiments to your food.

Worst sonic I have ever eaten at. The burger was luke warm and the vegies looked and tasted like they were weeks old. The burger was dry since they barley put any ketchup ir mustard on it. But at the same time soggy due to the gross doggy vegies. I asked for lots of ketchup when I plased the order.. when we got our food.. There was No ketchup up in my bag, that consisted of 2 large orders of onion rings. Who eats onion rings without ketchup.
We asked when the food was brought if thete was ketchup?, the server just said "I can bring you some how many packets do you want?"

Slowest service ever, ordered 1 single 32 oz coke and waited over 20 minutes, even had to call them back on the intercom to even get them to bring it out. And still waited even longer after that.... this location needs serious help.

I can say this sonic got my order out in less than 15 min which is a plus. Considering most sonics these days can't get a drink order out in less than 5.

Rudely over charge and underperform. Paid for small slushes but were given minis and refused a receipt. The woman just slammed the window. I had to ask twice for straws and she laughed as she handed them to me. I asked for the receipt because I know I over paid for mini slushes during happy hour and she never came back. She waited until i left to open window to car behind me.

I typically just get drinks at Happy Hour or through the app at night. My best description is inconsistent - until the past couple of weeks. Since then the strawberry limeade I have been ordering has been consistently bad. Sometimes it appears to have no strawberries at all. Other times I see little dots of what appears to be strawberry seeds, but the taste is very weak, and there is definitely no strawberries (or limes) in the drink. After this last weekend, I decided to just not try anymore. Previously, they were sometimes amazing and flavorful, and sometimes just so-so, but never like these past few weeks.
