Took forever to take our order & took like 5 mins to bring out our food, but looks like they just slapped a small piece of chicken in my order cause my father had to yell out the order because he couldn't hear

Let me start off by saying that I love Sonic. However, this location is the worst! I placed a simple order today and waited about 30+ minutes to receive my food. When I got home I was disgusted with what I received. My fries and tots were hard, brown, and cold and my burger was cold and soggy! This is not the first time I received food in this condition from this location. If the manager/owner is reading this, please stop selling your customers bone-dry tots/fries!!! Just throw the old ones out for crying out loud! How can food that took 30 minutes come back looking like it sat under a heat lamp all day?! Gross! Very dissapointed with this Sonic.

Good food and the lady was kind and courteous who brought the food out. Even with a short handed staff they still got my order in a timely fashion.

What an awful meal. I had the chicken strip meal, and the whole thing was cold and yes that's how the toast came to me, threw the whole meal it in the trash.

Used the app to order ahead, just a drink. I had add-ons in my drink, and they were a bit light with them. Usually this Sonic makes my favorite drink perfectly, maybe it was just an off day.

I ordered ahead and they gave me BBQ jumbo chicken instead of buffalo. When I sent it back, they gave me the same BBQ chicken but with a ton of Buffalo sauce instead of doing it the right way and remaking it.

Terrible service. Waited 10 minutes to place a drink order and 15 minutes later I still didn’t have my drink.I went to the building to get it myself and they wouldn’t bring it out,
