I had a very bad experience. I had called more than once waiting on the phone over 20 minutes. I drove up and walked up to the counter to show cashier how I was still waiting on the phone for someone to take my order. I asked to speak to manager and he wasn’t helpful. I did see two employees with no hurry on to getting to the phone to take my order. I also saw a phone cord un hooked and took a photo and asked the manager if that was why I kept being on hold for so long. His reply was his employees have been busy . I was hoping for a better response .

Sad, because I do like Wingstop, but it seems that the wait is always long, the order is wrong, and today this is what the veggies looked liked!!!! Disgusting. This tells me that they have these prewrapped already and they don't keep them fresh.

I order ahead and wait at least 30 minutes before coming in every time. When I walk in, they start my order and I have to wait another 30-45 minutes for it to be made. This has been at least four times. I’m no longer coming to this location.

This place is a joke. We walked in and 3 people were standing there all acting like they were cooking. Called for someone to come to the front no one came up. Another man walked in and they helped him first. Finally got our food after 10 mins waiting with no acknowledent. Then the ice machine was empty and no one even asked if they could fill it for us. Never had this bad of customer service here. There were at least 7 employees and no one wanted to help us.

Went at lunch time and they are usually really busy. They were punctual woth timing on my order and finally the Mango habanero wings were actually spicy!!! Way to go wing stop!

It's hard to worry about the amount of calories in this meal when my mouth is in such a heightened state of euphoria. Always excellent. Louisiana rub is the best flavor, and paired with BBQ is an incredible mix.<br/><br/>I just downloaded the Wingstop app and was excited to see several choices I did not know existed. You can order all flats or all drumsticks! You can request different flavors on your French fries. And other options.<br/><br/>I was curious how much time was save by ordering with the app, so I ordered before I left my house. I got there and it was very busy, on a Saturday night of course, so I still had to wait. However, a family that was ordering at the same time that I paid for mine got their order 12 minutes after I got mine. So I think the app saved me some time.<br/><br/>Always a great meal, Wingstop. Thank you.

Horrible service and product. We just had the worst service and the food was cold and undercooked. i don't think we will go back to the wing stop on i-40 and grand anymore.

Bad food and service. We do like wingstop but the one located on I-40 and grand in Amarillo Tx has<br/>Horrible service we called in the wings for pick up and we sat there for an hour before they realized that our order was ready so everything was cold. Your employees are just playing and not paying attention to what they are doing .
